Ronnie has been drawn to art since she could hold a crayon, therefore it is no surprise she has substituted that little colorful stick of wax for a finely crafted makeup brush.
Ronnie started her makeup career over a decade ago with Mac Cosmetics, and has been evolving and perfecting her craft ever since. With Mac Cosmetics Ronnie achieved the highest level of artistic accreditation within the company. This brought her to execute makeup for high profile events such as; The Canadian Screen Awards, The Giller Prize, Dare to Wear, Fashion Cares, Canadian Breast Cancer Society’s Cashmere Event, as well as countless fashion shows.
In the summer of 2014 Ronnie decided to step away from Mac and move forward as a freelance artist. Understanding industry demands, she enrolled in a hair styling program. Since then, Ronnie has catered to all aspects of makeup artistry; from fashion photography, advertisement and film. Ronnie has been published in numerous magazines including Flare, Lone Wolf, Hunger, Factice, Sicky, Chloe, Vulkan, Glassbook, and Lucy’s. Ronnie was the key makeup and hair artist on the independent film "On Again, Off Again", which premiered to a sold out viewing at the Mosaic International Film Festival.
Being completely bilingual in English and French, Ronnie set her sights beyond Toronto. In Autumn of 2016, she proudly began representation with Teamm Managament in Montreal. One of her recurring clients in Montreal is the international luxury online retailer Ssense, voted one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Canada. Ronnie happily divides her time between both cities, and open to travelling anywhere else work can take her.
